I am graduating 09, when applying for college what semester do I apply for? Fall 09?
I am a senior right now and about to finish my last year in August. I am not applying for college and I dont know what semester to apply for. I will be graduating normal time, the spring of 2009 I believe, what semester do I apply for college, Fall 2009?

You would apply for Fall ’09. And now is the time to start. Many schools have early December as the deadline, and you need time to take the SATs at least once, write essays, etc.
