This position also has the option to cover any weekdays Monday-Friday for 12 weeks during a leave of absence. Maintains office supply inventory; purchases supplies as needed. Maintains equipment inventory sheets. Proctors examinations as needed. Maintains student transcript records; processes transcript requests. Enters student information to computerized database. Provides assistance for the registration process. Prepares correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Performs related duties. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent.
